Tragedy Assistance Program FOR Survivors (TAPS) offers compassionate care to all those grieving the loss of a loved one who served in our armed forces.
TAPS came to Wakefly looking for a partner that had experience with Episerver, as they were migrating from an outdated version of Ektron, which was purchased by Episerver and was no longer going to be supported.
TAPS was redesigning their website, as their current site had become difficult to manage. Their website consists of a lot of content in the form of articles, videos, photos, and events, with multiple levels of categorization. They were looking for a partner to help them organize their content into a more streamlined user experience, as well as build out their Content Management System in a way that would make the content easy to manage and maintain.
The website designs and initial user experience were completed by Noble Mouse. Wakefly created additional wireframes and user flows as needed to ensure optimal user experience throughout the site. Once initial development was completed, Wakefly quickly trained TAPS staff on content entry to enable the TAPS team to create new pages for all of their content, and supported TAPS throughout the page production phase.
