Project Overview


HarborOne Bank was introduced to Wakefly through a mutual partner. They were looking for an agency with Kentico expertise because they wanted to improve the user experience of their existing website. In 2018, we undertook a design refresh project to provide a better customer experience.  In order to ensure that information would be easy for visitors to find, there was a complete re-architecture of all content and user flows were analyzed for improvements. The content across the site was updated to enhance its ability to engage with their target audience. Creating a mobile-first experience was important, since nearly 40% of HarborOne's site visitors interact with the website from their phones.

Wakefly continues to partner with HarborOne Bank for a variety of web and digital marketing needs. We act as an extension of their marketing team to assist with items like landing pages, email marketing, conversion optimization and general web development requests. We also handle hosting management and server monitoring to make sure their site is up and available at all times.
