Wakefly, a Kentico Gold Partner, completed the website project for the artificial turf company in September of 2017. Shaw came to Wakefly looking to migrate their existing WordPress and also give the site a new look. The old site had been up for 3 years and they wanted to expand content and functionality to be able to better showcase their recent projects and boost their SEO. Kentico was selected as the CMS of choice because of it’s easy of to use content administration interface as well as all of the out of the box features and widgets that could be used across the site. The site was completed redesigned and restructured to make it easier for end-users to get to the content they were looking for. Content tagging and Smart Search allowed users to view the blog articles and project installation details most relevant to their needs. On the back-end, content and data was structured in such a way that editing simple and straightforward.
