Web Developers work directly with clients as well as through Project Managers to help shape, understand and document functional requirements, estimate work, develop and enhance solutions, and perform quality assurance. The right candidates learn quickly and are able to work independently within a collaborative team. Our Developers stay on top of new technologies and regularly bring that knowledge to the team. This position reports to the Director of Technology.
Job Responsibilities
- Integrate approved creative designs into 3rd party content management systems, including Kentico Xperience, Kentico Kontent, Sitefinity, WordPress
- Implement custom User Experience (UX) functionality into new and existing client websites
- Use established best practices, drive the creation and upkeep of new practices, for all web projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and training to our clients
- Contribute to project planning exercises and requirements / specification documentation
- Function as a resource for the rest of the implementation team
- Stay current on upcoming web technologies
- Provide consultative expertise and scoping sales support
- As a services company, timely and high quality time entry reporting is a key measurement of individual contribution to the company’s success
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing web sites and web applications, including full stack development
- Candidates must have experience developing web sites with commercial CMS platforms, Kentico Xperience preferred
- Strong analytical skills to translate client problems into appropriate technical solutions
- Demonstrated proficiency of C# development with MVC and ASP.Net Framework & .Net Core
- Demonstrated proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and Bootstrap
- Demonstrated understanding of search engine optimization best practices
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to interface directly with clients
- Ability to thrive in an independent environment
