The Digital Marketing Intern works with the Digital Marketing Strategist and Project Manager to assist in the delivery of service for each of our clients. The Intern is responsible for absorbing as much information as possible while being able to apply their new knowledge to ongoing projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with digital marketing experts to develop skills in all areas of digital marketing
  • Learn to explain digital marketing strategies and tactics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Track and report on campaign results, data analysis, and participate in weekly campaign status calls
  • Monitor industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations
  • Work with multiple specialists when clients take advantage of more than one service
  • Work with professional services staff to participate in implementation of site changes required to realize digital marketing initiatives and improve site performance

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of successful digital marketing experience is a must (internship and project work are acceptable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct mathematical analysis of trend data and understand basic collaborative attribution models
  • A close eye for detail with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is helpful; however, this is not a Web development role
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
