Chestnut Hill Realty partnered with Wakefly in 2016 to enhance their Drupal website. In addition to ongoing website improvements and maintenance, Wakefly has supported CHR’s digital marketing efforts, including PPC campaigns and search engine optimization.
Wakefly also designed and developed a WordPress intranet for CHR property managers, enabling them to order branded supplies and access marketing and tenant resources.
CHR Apartments is a public-facing Drupal website that showcases available properties, with real-time integration into backend systems.
Wakefly provides ongoing support and enhancements including hosting and environment management, quarterly health checks, security patching and Drupal version upgrades.
We have also continuously improved the user experience and marketing performance by creating custom property pages enhancing search functionality, implementing chatbot features, performing quarterly ADA compliance reviews, adding schema markup and developing vanity URLs.
CHR Marketplace is an internal platform that enables property managers to order branded supplies, download marketing materials, and access tenant resources.
Wakefly designed and developed the platform over five years ago and continues to expand its functionality. Our team manages the hosting environment, performs monthly updates (including WordPress core and plugin updates), and supports reporting capabilities that help CHR generate monthly and annual insights.
Wakefly managed CHR’s Google Ads account by conducting keyword research, writing ad copy and ad extensions and setting up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
