LoJack’s website serves as both an informational hub for customers to learn more about LoJack products and services, and as a fully functional eCommerce platform for their sale and purchase. The site was built in Kentico to be integrated with an internal eCommerce system and Authorize.NET. Special functionality includes a custom taxes calculation and multiple step checkout process with add-ons and discounts, providing the client with a comprehensive online store to serve their needs as well as their customers’. Through this process, customers are able to target their needs based on the type of coverage they’re looking for and buy or enroll online, where available. Additionally, Wakefly created a dealer locator that enables searching by zip code, vehicle type, and vehicle make to find a LoJack-authorized dealer for sales and service.
The site houses extensive information on LoJack’s products and services, from recovery systems for consumer cars and trucks or commercial fleets and construction, to those for people at risk or for laptops. It also provides the opportunity for customers to get in contact with customer service either directly, by filling out a form, or by requesting a call. Forms and landing pages are integrated with Pardot, to assist the company in analyzing the type of customers interested in their product and subsequently making the best possible information available.
