Corporate Marketing Manager


The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the content marketing for our clients. The right candidate will have experience with SEO, PPC and social media marketing, having written content for each and managing the process from beginning to end.

  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention for our clients
  • Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost
  • This role requires a brand publisher mindset: they create the content that our client’s audience is looking for and then optimize the path to conversion
  • Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone
  • Editorial calendar and organization workflows must be developed and managed
  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email and newsletter distribution. The candidate must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
  • Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis

Digital Services Delivery Manager


The Digital Services Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the service delivery team and ensuring client satisfaction through proper strategy. They are also responsible for implementing developed process by the Director of Service Delivery. The Digital Services Delivery Manager must have excellent customer service, organization, time management, and personnel management skills.

  • Works cooperatively to develop strategic and tactical plans to facilitate and coordinate the delivery of digital services across many accounts by a team of 8-15 delivery staff
  • Responsible for managing the team to provide excellent customer service and produce high quality deliverables to assigned accounts
  • Maintains open communication to assure efficient processes are implemented and to coordinate projects with overlapping responsibilities
  • Provides direction, leadership, and coordination for web development project staff. Responsibilities include hiring, assignment and review of work, performance evaluation, mentoring and training, and identifying opportunities for staff development. Provides response to grievances, discipline and discharge when necessary
  • Manages the profitability and efficiency of the service delivery team at both team and account/contract levels
  • Supports the delivery team in all phases of projects including marketing services, web development, design, testing and production. This requires familiarity with Web programming languages (such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and various content management systems, as well as a strong technical understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Acts as an escalation point for delivery related issues, including client satisfaction issues related to the quality of work delivered
  • Stays current with technological developments and management practices, which involves reading publications, subscribing to Internet lists, attending conferences and workshops, and meeting with colleagues

The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for creating and maintaining the digital marketing strategy for all potential and current Wakefly clients. Web Project Manager

The Web Project Manager owns their assigned projects from the time a proposal is signed through to delivery and final payment. They are the client’s primary contact at Wakefly for the duration of a paid engagement.

  • Work within and contribute to Wakefly’s project delivery methodology to manage and deliver both new website projects and website maintenance tasks for existing clients within specified budget and timeline
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients

  • Advise clients on web marketing, usability and SEO best practices
  • Collect and organize requirements and assets from clients.
  • Translate client requirements to designers and developers and follow through to ensure they are being met.

  • Manage the design and development review and feedback processes to the established project scope
  • Perform 2nd tier quality assurance testing for completed projects to ensure project has been developed to spec prior to releasing to client
