Senior Digital Marketing Strategist


The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for creating and maintaining the digital marketing strategy for all potential and current Wakefly clients. This is a client-facing position so, excellent customer service skills along with superior knowledge of all disciplines of digital marketing are required.

  • Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed stated business objectives

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building the pipeline of prospective clients for the senior sales team.

Web Project Manager

The Web Project Manager owns their assigned projects from the time a proposal is signed through to delivery and final payment. They are the client’s primary contact at Wakefly for the duration of a paid engagement.

  •  Work within and contribute to Wakefly’s project delivery methodology to manage and deliver both new website projects and website maintenance tasks for existing clients within specified budget and timeline
  •  Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients

  •  Advise clients on web marketing, usability and SEO best practices
  •  Collect and organize requirements and assets from clients.

Client Services Business Development Analyst

The Client Services Business Development Analyst is an entry point into Wakefly’s growing Client Services Team. These individuals are the initial face and voice of Wakefly to prospective Clients in industries that Wakefly has a demonstrated track record of success. This role offers unique career path opportunities and will require an understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, how they relate to one another and how they each contribute to increased revenues. The day to day focus of this role is by design; fluid. There is an outbound prospecting component which will vary based on other new business activities at play within the company.   • Real time follow up with companies who have called into Wakefly looking for services and scheduling of next steps

  • Responsible for presenting a kind, succinct presence on the phone, explaining why we called and that we would like to schedule an introductory call to discuss some successes we have had in the industry
