Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is an important part of the client service team. They are responsible for the generation of sales leads through cold calling and networking with industry relevant groups at a variety of events. The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for following up with inbound sales leads.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for cold calling prospective clients and obtaining necessary business background information for sales process
  • Identifies prospective client business needs through set assessments
  • Utilizes Google Analytics, Adwords and other 3rd party tools to prepare SEO and PPC assessments
  • Work in various software and sales tools to identify high potential business prospects
  • Master scheduler for all client meetings
  • Responsible for onboarding all new clients and facilitating them through the billing, ticketing, operations and scheduling processes
  • Develop and document sales processes and posting on Wakefly Intranet after identifying areas that are not in alignment with best practices
  • Schedule a minimum of 2 appointments per day for Customer Acquisition Manager
 

Job Requirements

  • 1 year sales, marketing or finance experience; internships acceptable
  • Working understanding of PPC, SEO, Social Media and how they all work together
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely flexible and responsive to a client no matter what time of day as hours can vary depending on prospective client and location
  • Google certification will be required upon hiring. Other certifications will be required for this position



Paid Search Associate

Wakefly is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Paid Search Associate to join our growing team. This is a role for someone who is highly motivated, detail & numbers oriented, is a strategic thinker and a team player. This role is initially limited to PPC management, but the person filling this role may end up being involved in other aspects of our agency, including SEO and Analytics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility encompasses day-to-day management and optimization of paid search campaigns for our clients through Google AdWords and MSN AdCenter.
  • Assist in the develop, manage and optimize paid search campaigns
  • Perform keyword research, write ad copy, build new campaign, bid management, and optimization of current campaigns
  • Assist in the testing and optimization of the conversion process of landing pages through A/B testing, multivariate testing and content optimization
 

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of experience with managing paid search campaigns using Google Adwords and Microsoft adCenter
  • In-depth hands-on experience with the Google AdWords, Microsoft adCenter,  LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads a plus
  • Google Certification (Fundamentals), Analytics and Advanced Certification a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of keyword research and generating keywords using keyword tools
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Strong analytical focus with the ability to independently implement optimization findings
  • The ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree and one year experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) in the client service field



Web Project Manager

The Web Project Manager owns their assigned projects from the time a proposal is signed through to delivery and final payment. They are the client’s primary contact at Wakefly for the duration of a paid engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work within and contribute to Wakefly’s project delivery methodology to deliver projects within specified budget and time line.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Work with delivery team and other project managers to schedule resources for assigned projects.
  • Advise clients on web marketing, usability and SEO best practices.
  • Collect and organize requirements and assets from clients.
  • Draft Functional Specification documents, including site map and wire frames, pulling in required technical resources for assistance as needed.
  • Manage the design and development review and feedback processes to the established project scope.
  • Perform 2nd tier quality assurance testing for completed projects to ensure project has been developed to spec prior to releasing to client.
  • Track time against projects to ensure adherence to budget and profitability goals.
 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 2-3 years web delivery or related agency experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of SEO, web marketing and usability best practices
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Web Developer

Wakefly is seeking web developers with deep content management expertise to work on site in our Westborough, MA office. Web developers work directly with clients as well as through Project Managers to help shape, understand and document functional requirements, estimate work, develop and enhance solutions, and perform quality assurance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Integrate approved creative designs and break outs into 3rd party content management systems
  • Implement custom User Experience (UX) functionality into new and existing client websites
  • Use established best practices, drive the creation and upkeep of new practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service and knowledge transfer training to our clients
  • Function as a resource for the rest of the implementation team
  • Stay current on upcoming web technologies
  • Provide consultative expertise and scoping sales support
 

Job Requirements

  • Candidates with experience developing sites in Kentico CMS and/or EPIServer strongly preferred
  • 3+ years experience developing web sites and web applications, including both front end and back end development
  • Demonstrated proficiency of C# development with MVC and ASP.Net
  • Demonstrated proficiency of MS SQL Server development
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HTML 4 and HTML 5, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS
  • Demonstrated understanding of search engine optimization best practices
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills with the ability to interface directly with clients
  • Excellent time and task management skills
  • Ability to thrive in an independent environment



Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Wakefly is seeking experienced online media talent to carry out search engine marketing activities and help maximize client ROI thought ongoing campaigns. This person will work hands on with clients for all SEO initiatives, investigate search trends, and create client reports.

Job Responsibilities

  • Function as the SEO expert for clients
  • Ability to explain SEO strategies and tactics to clients
  • Develop and maintain project plans to update clients on status
  • Track and report on campaign results, data analysis, and hold weekly campaign status calls
  • Become the subject matter expert for client reports and recommendations
  • Monitor industry changes and your client’s goals to provide actionable recommendations
 

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful SEO experience is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct mathematical analysis of trend data
  • A close eye for detail with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
