Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Rep is an entry point into Wakefly’s growing Client Services Team. These individuals are the initial face and voice of Wakefly to prospective Clients in industries that Wakefly has a demonstrated track record of success. This role offers unique career path opportunities and will require an understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, how they relate to one another and how they each contribute to increased revenues. For a candidate that excels, professional growth is unlimited.

The day to day focus of this role is by design; fluid. There is an outbound prospecting component which will vary based on other new business activities at play within the company. The Business Development Analyst will be trained, coached and challenged to add value on a daily basis in multiple areas of Wakefly’s growth.

  • Leverage Hubspot business intelligence capabilities to identify anonymous visitors to the Wakefly website and connect with them to determine interest and next steps
  • Real time follow up with companies who have called into Wakefly looking for services and scheduling of next steps
  • Targeted outbound call activity to companies that are in industries were Wakefly has an established record of success
  • Responsible for presenting a kind, succinct presence on the phone, explaining why we called and that we would like to schedule an introductory call to discuss some successes we have had in the industry
  • Success in outbound call activity is defined by scheduling an exploratory call with a prospect that is kept
  • Act as master scheduler for all prospective client sales meetings
  • Schedule a minimum of two appointments per day for Client Services Team
  • 80% success rate in appointments booked vs. appointments kept
  • Identifies prospective client business needs through set assessments
  • Utilizes Google Analytics, Adwords and other 3rd party tools to prepare SEO and PPC assessments
  • Work in various software and sales tools to identify high potential business prospects
  • Liaise with prospective Clients to garner back end read only access to systems for assessments by the Wakefly Client Services Team

Web Project Manager

The Web Project Manager owns their assigned projects from the time a proposal is signed through to delivery and final payment. They are the client’s primary contact at Wakefly for the duration of a paid engagement.

  • Work within and contribute to Wakefly’s project delivery methodology to deliver projects within specified budget and time line.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Work with delivery team and other project managers to schedule resources for assigned projects.
  • Advise clients on web marketing, usability and SEO best practices.
  • Collect and organize requirements and assets from clients.
  • Draft Functional Specification documents, including site map and wire frames, pulling in required technical resources for assistance as needed.
  • Manage the design and development review and feedback processes to the established project scope.
  • Perform 2nd tier quality assurance testing for completed projects to ensure project has been developed to spec prior to releasing to client.
  • Track time against projects to ensure adherence to budget and profitability goals.
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 2-3 years web delivery or related agency experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of SEO, web marketing and usability best practices

  • Assist in the develop, manage and optimize paid search campaigns
  • Perform keyword research, write ad copy, build new campaign, bid management, and optimization of current campaigns

Web Developer

Wakefly is seeking web developers with deep content management expertise to work on site in our Westborough, MA office. Web developers work directly with clients as well as through Project Managers to help shape, understand and document functional requirements, estimate work, develop and enhance solutions, and perform quality assurance.
