With the recent agreement between Yahoo! and Yelp, small businesses have an opportunity to build their listings on organic searches. – Yahoo! recently partnered with Yelp in March 2014 – Bing already has an existing relationship with them
– Google will display Google Place reviews on the right side instead of the Yelp reviews that are similar but not as common as a reference as Yelp
