Situation

Dialcom Networks, the maker of Spontania Unified Collaboration Software, approached Wakefly requesting a new web design. Dialcom required the new design to provide a clean, professional look that would strengthen the company's brand. With this the firm also requested to have an intuitive information architecture for the website that allowed visitors to easily find relevant information. Finally, Dialcom also needed to have localized content in English, Spanish, and German, and marketers at Dialcom wanted to manage the website and have the ability to easily make changes on their own with a content management system (CMS).

Solution

Wakefly worked with Dialcom in an iterative process to create new website designs. The approved homepage design tastefully integrates a flash banner that allows the site to quickly and easily differentiate Dialcom's Spontania unified collaboration software. A prominently featured positioning statement also drives home this point. Users can easily access different language versions of the site, all of which are managed in the Sitefinity CMS that allows Dialcom to easily updates and self-manage the website in all languages. Wakefly also implemented a private partner portal that allows Dialcom partners to easily access pertinent information.
