Wakefly has won many awards for its work, including in 2008:

• 2008 Ektron All-Star award for the Best Publishing website
• 2008 Silver W3 Award for the design and development of Invention Machine's website.
• 2008 bronze Horizon Interactive Award in the Business to Business category for the T2 Biosystems' website.

Wakefly won the 2007 WebAward for Outstanding web site from The Web Marketing Association for the design and development of the new Spagnolo Gisness & Associates (SGA) web site.  Reviewing Wakefly’s work on the Spagnolo site, one Web Marketing Association judge remarked, “I have seen hundreds of architecture sites, and this has to be one of the best. The navigation is put in the correct hierarchy, [and the site has] quick load times with relative content. Well done!”

Judging over 3,000 entries, The W3 Awards honors outstanding Websites, Web Marketing, and Web Video created by some of the best interactive agencies, designers, and creators worldwide. “We are honored to recognize our winners as they continue to set a high standard of excellence for Web development,” said Linda Day, the director of the IAVA.
