There have been many occurrences in our history where a company has come to us after terminating a horrible relationship with their current or prior agency.  We call this the “Wakefly to the rescue” scenario. The confidence these customers place in us is a testament to the trust and credibility we establish during the sales process.

For example, one of our customers came to us after its web development company quit during the middle of the project.  This customer’s website was crucial to its sales efforts, and had been originally designed by an agency who didn’t understand the project’s complexity and, having grossly underbid the project, were unable to get the site running satisfactorily. That’s where we came in.
