Dean Dorazio
Dean Dorazio is CEO & Co-Founder of Wakefly, an online marketing company founded in 2002 to help businesses transform their online presence. Due to his passion for online marketing, he has helped thousands of clients improve their online image through effective website development, lead generation tactics, and desire to automate their marketing process.

Creative Director: Tim Hawkins
With over 20 years of professional experience in print design, multimedia design and website design, Tim has created over 400 websites.  Tim has been recognized by industry standard design governing boards for his outstanding work, as evidenced by the multiple web design awards he has won in his career. Tim holds a BFA in graphic design from the Art Institute of Boston. 

Business Development: Jon Baer
Jon has over 15 years of practical business and marketing experience, most recently at Surebridge, where he was Director of Marketing Programs. His team created and drove Surebridge's lead generation and partner marketing programs, generating $10 million in new revenue. Prior to Surebridge, Jon was the Worldwide Linux Product Marketing Manager for Compaq where he directed and managed Compaq's Linux strategy and solutions for ISPs.

Director of Search Engine Marketing:  Jeff Demers
Jeff applies his vast experience working with businesses both large and small to achieve remarkable internet marketing, lead generation and pay-per-click (PPC) results for his clients. During his career, he has improved the organic traffic, rankings, and PPC results for nearly 300 websites. The web marketing campaigns he has managed have a combined ad spend of more than $15 million dollars.
In addition to being a Google Certified Trainer, Jeff is a noted expert in the field of online marketing and has been quoted extensively in the Boston media and regular speaks at events around the country.

Chief Operating Officer: Matt Wiseley
Matt has over 13 years of Internet development and agency management experience. After studying technical writing at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, he started his career as a consultant with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), a global consulting organization, as a member of their elite R&D team working on tools to develop the company’s flagship methodology and created best practice manuals for emerging technologies for use throughout the organization. During his 7 years at what would become Embarc, Inc., he served as Director of Technology and member of the board. After Embarc, Matt founded EditMe.com, winner of PC Magazine Editor’s Choice for wiki services, which was acquired by Wakefly in 2011.

Project Manager: Carolynn Klipfel
Carolynn brings a diverse background of Internet marketing, print advertising and design, email marketing and brand management experience to her Web Project Management position at Wakefly. Prior to joining Wakefly, Carolynn utilized her leadership and management skills in several other positions for companies in the advertising, higher education and manufacturing industries. Carolynn holds a B.S. in Marketing Communications from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI.

Project Manager: Sam Kusek
Sam comes from a digital content & brand management and promotional background, with a focus on video content creation, social media outreach, and email messaging. Prior to coming on as a Web Project Manager, Sam has worked primarily in the education, healthcare and entertainment industries, for companies like Berkleemusic, Fanscape Inc. and Learning Ally, all while attending Emerson College in Boston, MA, where he earned a B.S. in Marketing Communication.

Director of Sales & Operations: Justin Perry
As Director of Sales and Operations, Justin brings over 10 years of demonstrated success in developing and executing strategies to promote business development, organizational growth and customer service initiatives within the retail, manufacturing and information technology verticals. Prior to joining Wakefly Justin played an integral role in delivering store-in-store concepts at Staples within the grocery and college bookstore markets, growing revenues to nearly $100M in three years. Transitioning from Staples, Justin joined IGS Store Fixtures as Director of Business Development, spearheading efforts to grow the IGS brand through a refined strategic direction, multiple customer service initiatives and a focused sales strategy. Just prior to joining Wakefly, Justin spent the past three years helping build Coretelligent into one of the most respected and fastest growing full service IT Consultancies in the Northeast. His unique blend of operational, sales, consulting and relationship management expertise serve our clientele well as Wakefly continues to revolutionize the way firms view their online marketing strategy and needs.

Business Development: Bess Agnitti
Bess brings a variety of skills, knowledge and background to her job as Customer Acquisition Specialist. She received her bachelor’s degree in Communication at Clark University, concentrating on social media marketing. While an undergraduate, Bess was tapped for a prime internship for a semester in CNN’s Los Angeles bureau. After graduating summa cum laude, Bess put her skills to use developing web marketing and social media strategies for a nonprofit literacy program as well as a local family-owned distillery.
