Fast growing online marketing agency is seeking an entry level inside sales professional to join our sales and marketing team immediately. This position entails calling into pre-screened contact lists to discuss our products and services. The ideal candidate must be an excellent and persuasive communicator, highly motivated and energized to be an evangelist for our well differentiated solutions.

Wakefly is seeking a paid search specialist to join the search marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of hands on experience creating, managing and optimizing paid search campaigns and have strong knowledge of paid search best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility encompasses day-to-day client relationship management and campaign detail project management to successfully implement paid search campaigns
- Uncover and understand client goals and business objectives and translates those into search marketing strategies and successful paid search campaigns
- Pro-actively provide strategic search marketing recommendations applicable to the client's business model and goals
- Develop, manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including the strategy and planning of each campaign, optimizing each program to meet specific performance objectives
- Manage, test and optimize paid search campaigns using account restructuring, keyword research, ad creation, ad testing and bid management optimization
- Manage, test and optimize the conversion process of landing pages through A/B testing, multivariate testing and content optimization
- Track and report on campaign results, data analysis and conduct weekly campaign status calls with clients
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with managing paid search campaigns using Google Adwords and Microsoft adCenter
- Direct experience in managing large scale, complex paid search campaigns
- In-depth hands-on experience with the Google AdWords and Microsoft adCenter paid search networks and Facebook Ads
- Google Certification (Fundamentals), Analytics and Advanced Certification a plus
- In-depth knowledge of keyword research and generating keywords using keyword tools
- Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of Google Analytics

Web Hosting and IT Administrator
Wakefly is seeking an IT professional with expertise in web application hosting and IT administration to work on site in our Westborough, MA office. This position has three main areas of responsibility, in order of priority:
- Management, consolidation and administration of Wakefly hosting servers. Success is measured by uptime of hosted web applications, customer support feedback and cost control.
- IT support and administration for our Westborough office consisting of 20 on site employees and several remote employees. Success is measured by responsiveness to IT support issues and reliability of Wakefly's IT infrastructure.
- Various web development tasks. Success is measured by completion of tasks within estimate and customer service feedback.
Skills required for this position include:
- Windows and Linux server administration
- IIS, Apache and Tomcat administration
- SQL Server and MySQL database administration
- Amazon's EC2 hosting environment
Candidates preferred with these additional skills (or an eagerness to learn them):

We have an immediate opening for a Business Development Manager.
Job Description
The Business Development Manager will, in addition to assuming an active client book of business, be responsible for increasing market penetration by cultivating new customer relationships. The right candidate will have proven success in taking highly qualified opportunities through the sales cycle to closure. If you have solid experience in consultative selling of online marketing solutions with a knack for building trusted advisor relationships, this is the perfect position for you. As an effective communicator and professional with strong listening skills, you will need to understand a prospect’s online challenges, pain points, and initiatives. From there you will work with the Wakefly team to build killer proposals that exceed the needs of your clients and win the business for Wakefly.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of sales experience, particularly in internet and/or the online marketing space. An existing network of marketing managers that could be in need of Wakefly's interactive marketing solutions is a plus. This web savvy self-starter will have to be independent and have very strong writing, presentation and follow up skills.
Responsibilities:
- Find and close new business opportunities in the New England market.
- Qualify prospects and evaluate the potential opportunity.
- Reach out to prospects within a horizontal or vertical segment and mine opportunities within this group.
- Effectively use the company’s marketing initiatives to engage new prospects.
- Develop technical and business requirements with internal team for our customer interactive marketing engagements. Develop detailed proposals to meet customer challenges.
- Provide additional revenue by always being aware of upgrade opportunities within existing engagements, or new opportunities within a customer's organization.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, follow-up, and customer-ready presentation skills
- Strong technical writing skills and professional proposal development skills
- Minimally a Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or Business preferred)
- Working knowledge of the development of .NET websites and .NET web applications
- Working knowledge of content management systems, web analytics products, eCommerce products, and eMarketing products.
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience selling web based software, web development and/or SEM services
- Based in eastern Massachusetts
